Job Description

We're looking to scale our agency’s department targeting the LASIK eye surgery space and are hiring Expert Copywriters on a full-time and part-time basis.

(Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with LASIK)

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘂𝘀:
Established 3 years ago, we’re a quickly growing marketing agency that works with LASIK eye centers (you’ll receive more info on LASIK later on). https://lasikgrowth.com/

𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
❖ Coming up with ideas for ad concepts (2-3 hooks + ideas for each hook)
❖ Refining one of these ad concepts and turning it into a creative brief for our video editor
❖ Creating the Meta ad copy text and headline

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
You will collaborate in a team of 4, and primarily with a video editor, to turn your ad concepts into scroll-stopping 15-90 second videos that persuade people to book a free LASIK consultation. Ultimately, we want to generate leads that eventually follow through with LASIK surgery.

❖ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: For example, you find out how to leverage AI to speed up writing, perform research, come up with ideas,  etc.
❖ 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: You follow and learn from experts to continuously improve your skill set (courses, youtube, etc)
❖ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Regularly performs research to better understand our customer avatar; the person who is tired of wearing glasses and is considering LASIK
❖ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀: You constantly deepen your understanding of the 5 stages of market awareness and the 5 stages of market sophistication, and are able to tailor your copy to appeal to people based on where they’re at.
