Job Description
We're looking to scale our agency’s department
targeting the LASIK eye surgery space and are hiring
Expert Copywriters on a full-time and part-time basis.
(Prior experience with LASIK is not neccescary)

What You'll Actually Do
You're not “running ads.”
You’re running the whole cash machine.
Come up with hooks, angles, and ad ideas
Turn ideas into briefs or write the copy yourself
Work with the editor + media buyer
Launch, test, optimize
Manage the team: editor, LP builder, media buyer
Decide the roadmap, process, and priorities
Report results to the founder (once a week)
You can keep more profit by doing it yourself — or scale by building a team.

I don’t want to manage the paid ads side at all. I need a partner to take it, own it, and scale it.

How the Money Works
$200 earned per booked procedure
~$100 profit after costs (editor, media buyer, LP builder)
You get 50% = $50 per procedure
Example Payouts:
100 bookings = $5,000/month
200 = $10,000/month
Scale to 3+ clinics = 💣
First 60 days:
$2,000/month base while onboarding
Then: full performance-based profit share
